You need to use the .007" offset dowels clocked at the 4:30 position.You use 1/2 the radius of the offset(.012") which would be .006" in your case.I believe the smallest offset dowel is .007" The back of the bellhousing(where the tranny comes through) should also be checked.The max is .002" and the crank needs to pushed against the thrust bearing for total accuracy.
