RE: Is he ever satisfied?

I couldn't disagree more with that recommendation. As I have outlined
on this list before, I got screwed badly by them. The short version is
Gentry charged me $175.00 for an agreed upon rebuild with all new parts,
and did nothing but CLEAN it. And readily admitted this, after the
fact.

Sure is a pretty letter he wrote you, Robert, and I know first hand how
smooth he is. But all the sugar and pleasantries in the world do not
make up for lying to a customer, then screwing him over.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
