I'd beware of Frank.  I Havent heard many good things about his business
dealings.  Let us know if you have a good experience with him.  

BTW, You can get studs from Big-O Tires for $4.95 or so.  I know they
had them in stock the last time they broke off two of mine.

Nuts can be gotten at most parts stores.  Mag Nuts can be gotten at
NAPA.
