73-6 A body disc brake conversion

I'm doing the disc brake conversion on my 63 Fury using the a-body sliding calipers.? 

Anyone know the NAPA part number for the sliding caliper brake hose banjo bolt?? Mopar number is 6030 026..? additionally does anyone have a cheap source for an adjustable proportioning valve like mopar P5249? 088.
