I don't think it really matters. I think you should just use straight up ATF from chevron or what ever. nothing special. Unless your trans is something special.

  I have been a tech at the same Dodge dealer for over 20 years and I have 
  always used the Mopar fluid.  I have the ATF + 4 in my 63 and my sons Dart. 
  Both are 11 second stree/strip cars and I have never had any of my tranny's
