I've always had a very good experience dealing with Summit. Its nice when larger companies actually care about their customers and you can get someone on the phone.

While we're on the subject of vendors....... Ordered my front sway bar (addco-154)...came on UPS 2 days ago...only the sway bar was not in the box...the mounts were all there, but no sway bar. Called the vendor...ready to get mad and yell and stuff...the lady that answered the phone in customer relations said...(and I swear this verbatum). "What's your problem, sir ?" I told her the box was empty... she said.... "Oh, My!, I'm so sorry, I'll get another on the way right now and have some one pick up the original" I said "that's great, Thank you !" and hung up the phone... Less than 1 hour later I received a confirmation e-mail and tracking number... I swear this is true ! So some times they do get it right in spades!!! KUDOS to Summit Racing...They deserve my comments ! Bob Fortson ____________________________________________________________________________________ Expecting?
