RE: sway bar

Are you going for those 180 bandit's turns or whatever they do in the movies? Just kidding. My '62 is coded for the factory sway bar but it was missing when I bought the car. I bought one from Wildcat but couldn't really tell much difference in the handling, of course the rear is very stiff and high with the factory 7-leaf springs so I'm not sure why the front bar was even first ordered on my car from the factory, I just wanted it to be there since it was on the fender tag. But they are out there if you want one. I had a spare setup from a parted out car which I sold Rick E-berg through this list, I presume its the one he put on the '62 Savoy project they're doing now in Mopar Action, I paid $125 for the set I had bought over 10 years ago from Wildcat so charged that for the set I sold if I recall. If you do get a factory set up I think you'll find it is truly bolt on, all the '62's I've parted out in the last few years, I noted they had the holes pre-drilled at the front of the K-member for them, and of course they just clamp onto the strut rods rather than bolt onto anywhere on the lower control arm.
