A four door isn't as much fun cruising in as a two door, everybody knows that. The doors are a little shorter, you can't get back as far and you have the post/pillar. But, if you have more than one passenger, you don't have to get out or lean forward to let them in and out. My daily driver in the summer is a 64 Belvedere 4 door and I have two 65 Belvedere II 4 door cars I'm just sitting on. Granted; they were more suited for families, taxis and police cars, but I love my four door. It's partially what you can afford but also availability. Two door cars have been sought after since they were new while up until what, the past ten years?, as two door cars became scarce due to wrecks, racing and collecting; four door cars have become the major source for restoration, parts and collecting. I'm proud to own and drive a four door. Tom Duross Boston one side note.. I've got my ticket to board the USS JFK here at 1:30 this afternoon. She's in Boston on her final trip before heading to Florida to be decommissioned. I really hope they allow me into engineering, I can't wait to see her engine room. Anybody here serve on the JFK? with 4 doors, there's no waiting!
