well, poking around in a little town up the road , i found a 65 belvedere I ( two door post). its sitting on a lot surrounded by cyclone fence with a bunch of other crap that looks like equiptment for some sort of construction company, shes just sitting there in the rain, looking lonely. Through the city hall tax department i figured out who actually owns the lot, but its being managed by a property management company, and they cooperated and called the owners of the lot for me. the owners are in Arizona till spring, and said they will get back to me when they get back, BUT- I fear that the car might actually be owned by the people leasing the lot ( the construction company). So....... maybe when the true owners of the lot get back, they will cooperate and give me the name of the constructiuon company leasing the lot from them, but.... I'm not gonna hold my breath . we'll see, its probably a long shot, but it would be nice, it looks all complete, I think it might be a slant six car , I dont see that plymouth V8 emblem on the fenders like I have seen on those . Oh well, it was kind of fun sluething it down even if it doesnt pan out. I can always just drive out there on a warm spring night and look at it thru the cyclone fence and cry, neal zimmerman, eugene oregon -- http://www.fastmail.fm - Email service worth paying for.
