RE: 13 inch tires (what good ones are available?)

What is your goal with the tires? Weekend driver? May see what Sears 
sells. Or pick a brand tire you like and look at the manufacturer's Web 
site to see if they make it in your needed size and use category.
Bridgestone/Firestone sells some, for example.
