Dave, do you know how they achieved the difference in hp/compression ratio between the two motors? The reason I'm asking is that I'd like to determine which engine this is in my car. I'm trying to figure out what I would check to know which engine is in the car. I know that some people yanked the dual point distributors and replace them with single point, so am not going to assume which basic motor I have until I can prove it one way or the other.
