Tubbing Question

I just finished moving my springs into the frame rails. One day of measuring and removing the stock suspension components, exhaust, and gas tank, and one day of cutting and welding. The job turned out great. Now I have to cut the wheel housings in half and move them in also. Most everything seems straight forward, BUT, what will I have to do to mount the rear seat again? Will I have to modify the seat frame?
