Frank is kinda up and down. I bought a few things from him on E-bay and he
was great. I contacted him directly and wanted a used 2 piece metal fan
shroud. He ( I should say that Carmen, who runs his parts business ) said
they had it , and gave me a price. I sent $$$ right away. Waited and waited
for 6 weeks. I called and he ( Carmen) said the yard was covered in snow and
he was waiting for a thaw. 6 more weeks, still no shroud. I requested my $$$
back and waited 2 more weeks for it. The feedback system keeps his business
more inline than his off E-bay stuff. That is my expierence, take it for
what it is worth. Just something to fall back on.
Thanks
Donnie

I just wanted to say that I know Frank Mitchel's name has had some
negative feedback here, but I just bought something from him thru Ebay
and it arrived within 3 days, so I was very happy. I would buy from him
again.
