Let us know how it works. I used silver leaf foil from hobby lobby with good
results.

That reminded me, I saw an ebay store that carried quite a bit of
adhesive backed material that included everything from chrome,
to bronze, to faux leopard skin (just what you wanted.)
It wasn't that expensive, considering the quality described.
I was thinking about using the bronze or aluminum
for the outer surface of the door panels I'm making for
my van.
