No clifford anymore? Seeking headers and four bbl. intake for '62 slanty

Hi all:

While I have been debating what to do for intake/exhaust upgrade on my '62
Valiant's slant six (it was rebuilt but the headers I got at the time didn't
fit, so it has a stock intake/exhaust at present) I noticed that Clifford 
Performance
no longer has a website. I assume this means they are out of business.

There is a Mopar Performance 4bbl. manifold on ebay, maybe I better get 
that?
I guess my other choice is Offey.  I have pretty limited choice for headers,
since I have an auto trans?  I didn't get anything sooner, because I wasn't 
sure
what to do with the kickdown.  Thanks to you guys, I at least know about 
that.

Anybody with any used slant six headers or intake, shoot me a note!

Thanks for any input! (I have been gleaning more info than I have provided,
on this list, but I try to help when I can!)
