At least in my '65 Coronet 500 b-body, with 440, no such problems.  I've seen 
3-4 magazine articles and know 2 other guys with TTi (Tube Technologies Inc) 
headers, no problems at all. 

If I knew then what I knew now, I probably wouldn't have gotten the 2" 
primary tube size over the 1 and 7/8, but the bigger 2" tubes fit fine.  I have no 
problems with 727 and power steering, etc.

I have been to their factory in Corona, Ca, it is clean, neat & has a lot of 
automated CNC-type machinery that yields consistency in the fit, versus the 
old days of hand-jigged and welded products.   

They are expensive, but high quality.
