Transmissions like to be cool. Or is that hip? ;-) 

Anyhow, I think it was Gary P. who reported that he used the air 
conditioning condensor converted to a transmission cooler and mounted 
the external filter under the driver's fender well. Looked stock and 
kept the tranny temp under control. NA if you use AC though.

You probably can find a good used one in a junkyard. Look for Taxi and 
Cop car Mopars. I think I have a large U shaped cooler that was removed 
from a ('66?) Imperial.
