I'm painting my Polara Chevy Indigo Blue. My body guy recommended it because I wanted to stay dark blue. My response to someone is,"it's the fastest any chevy paint will go!"..lol

I don't understand all the whining about this. I had a fellow Mopar
fanatic angry with me because I was considering PAINTING my car a
non-Mopar color.

Last summer, I witnessed a Road Runner owner flip out on a guy because
he put a Road Runner hood on his Belvedere. I wonder what he'd say
about a Max Wedge clone?

Did you ever notice all the Mopars out there with 15" Magnum wheels?
Guess what, they're usually Fords, as Mopar's were all 14".

I went to a show with old hot rods and rat rods. They find something
they like, and they put it on their cars. Good luck finding an
all-anything with those guys--and guess what? Nobody cares, and
everybody has a good time!

I read in a magazine that for the past few years, Dodge has been
building some of their pickup trucks with GM (gasp!) rear ends. I guess
it's time to boycott Chrysler.

Sheesh, some of you guys need to lighten up! LOL

But, seriously, a non-Mopar part here and there will not ruin my car,
and I still think Mopar had the best engineering in the business.

But not with everything--Anybody want to talk about rust?
