I've used duplicolor wheel coating found in Napa. But I can't say if they have the color you need. Try using the regular body paint, and then get duplicolor's clear coat wheel coating to toughen it up. Can't say it'll work, but I've tried it and it worked for the time the wheel were on the car, haven't looked at them latley.

what type of paint should I paint my rims with?
I going for the rims the color of the car ( b3) and the little dodge
    dogdish hubcaps.
seems like the paint should be as tough as possible down there by
the road and all that water and dirt.
an epoxy, what?
