I've got a friend who lives maybe 25 mi from Milan.  He has a 80s something 
pickup that really looks like crap.  However with a home brewed 440 it runs 
11s!  They told him several years ago he needed a roll cage if he wanted to 
run it at Milan.  Was still running it at Milan as of last year.
