Unique, absolutely. Desirable, not so sure? The presence of the 3-speed manual transmission could very well be the result of a misplaced tick on the original order sheet. We will likely never know...

Some Canadian cars that I have viewed in the past:

1964 330. Factory A-990 car. 

1964 Polara 4-Door Hardtop. Factory buckets and flat-top console, pushbutton TF.

1964 Fury 4-Door Hardtop. Factory buckets and flat-top console, pushbutton TF.

1964 Sport Fury Convertible. SLANT 6, factory buckets and flat-top console, pushbutton TF. The car had Fury interior trim, front buckets, and rear seat from a Polara 500. The Canadian Sport Fury in 1964 was basically an exterior trim package, with Polara 500 seats.

1964 Fury 2-Door Hardtop. Factory 383 4-BBL, 4-speed, Fury exterior and interior trim, Polara 500 front buckets and rear seat.

MOST of the Canadian cars were built in Windsor, Ontario, designated by the 9 in the 4th digit of the VIN. 

The 383-4 BBL was the biggest engine offering for Canadian cars in 1964, although I do believe that some special-ordered cars were equipped differently.

That is a very nice, unique  1964 Plymouth. I can't read the hood ornament to get the engine size. 318 car?

Bonus round: notice the 1964 Dodge B-body wagon parked in the background. :)
