Fury Cowl Repair

My 64 Fury convertible is pretty solid except for the drivers side windshield cowl, which holds the pivot for the windshield wiper.  It is rusted through and there used to be reproductions before covid knocked out many of the overseas metal replacement shops.

I ordered one from Summit Racing, but after a year, they refunded my cash.  Other places say that their "suppliers" are not shipping things right now.

I am not a skilled welder, so diving into that briar patch from scratch is off the table.

Any suggestions or spots where the patch can be found would be appreciated.  If I can find a patch, I can make it work through hook and/or crook, or find a local welder.
