That sounds like a good idea, but how much is it going to cost? (I'm a real budget spender being a highschool and college student.)

it appears you are doing the right thing
in looking for a replacement while running
a repaired rig...
i run a 64 new yorker wagon and i looked for about five years
the old one was un repairable and i ran the car using a boat fuel can
i found two gas tanks last sept in a yard in N.C
one is patched and in the car the other is in spare mode
i am planning to go to a fabricator to reproduce one
Gastankrenew is excellent solution i used them
on another car
the problem is aftermarket mfgrs dont know we are here
and wont reproduce tanks for wagons
let me know what you think
                good luck, herb
