If I were closer to GA I'd stop by and help spin some wrenches with you to get the wagon "legal", even without cameras rolling. :) Driver side cowl repair is very common on early B's. Chrysler had some great engineering but they really goofed when designing water exit from that cowl area. It's very hard to keep the cowl area clean also, as access is limited. Worse, once leaves get in there and start rotting the area stays wet most of the time. Plus there's little to no paint / primer protecting that area either. Rust loves it. Gary H.
