 Instead of replying (by choosing reply to) directly
to topica, please choose compose to reply directly to
the specific persons email address when possible?
 Just in the last two days 90% of the 55 emails
I have received have unneccessarily been sent
globally,
instead of directly to the person concerned.

 Too many of us disregard the following message
at the bottom of the topica emails.
