Doug is right about the good deals still being out there.  20 years ago paid 
$900 for a 65 Dart GT convert and drove it home (still have it).  More 
recently last year won a 65 Valiant Signet convert on eBay for $1650 and 
drove it home from NJ to VA.  And finally won my 65 Dart station wagon on 
eBay for $750 and could have driven it across county (was transported and 
have more in the transport $875 than in the car).
