I have used these clamps with great success, but.........you have to
have access to remove the part of the clamp that is usually on the
inside, once your panel is welded up.
These work great for qtr patches, trunk, etc when you have access from
both sides.
Maybe in the cowl area you could 'fish' these pieces out through the J
nut hole where your fender mounts?
