8.75 tapered leak?

Hi all,

Had a '62 B body Mopar raised up on one jackstand on the driver's side
for about 15 months. Thus the 8.75 tapered axle rear was at about a 20
degree angle with the passenger's side axle lower than the driver's
side.

I recently noticed some fluid pooling at the base of the tire on the
passenger's side. Thought it was a bad wheel cylinder.

But upon inspection the liquid is rear axle grease. I jacked the car up
so both sides of the car are on jackstands. With the 8.75 axles level I
don't see any leak now from that passenger side axle.

Was the 8.75 chunk's fluid pooling on the lower passenger side and
seeping out and should be okay when the 8.75 is level?

In other words, do I need to check further or leave the 8.75 as is?

Thanks,
Gary H.
