Like Earl says, it depends on cam/carb/compression/gear, but 30 hp isn't 
unusual.  May have to richen up carbs.  What size are the headers?  1 7/8 is 
average for a big block.  The larger the diameter of the primary pipes, the higher 
rpm range they need to run to pick up the hp.  Joe
