You can still buy the ball from Hurst. You need the one with 3/8"-24 UNF threads. The shift boots, both console and non, are just recently available on eBay through Termwonma. I think there's one of each on there right now. The grille emblem shows up NOS on eBay from time to time, but if you can only find a faded one, http://www.emblemagic.com will make a brand new one using your original as a pattern.
