65 Fender tag decoding

Hi all, can anyone assist me in decoding my fender tag from the 65 Plymouth 
Sport Fury? On the top line is the 1 through 0 numbers, below these numbers is 
the number 12 with the 1 under the 1, the 2 under the 2, and then a 2 under 
the 7.
Then there is the A through Z line with the number 61 under the AB, the 
number 35 under the D and E, the number 81 under the P and Q and the number 3 under 
the V and finally the number 1 under the Z. 
The body code is P42.....the Trim code is P4R and the paint code is BB1
If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Greg
