Older gentleman? I'm only 38! lol...I agree with Bill, on my '64 Savoy I
used a Moroso 8qt pan, just needed to trim the K-member slightly where the
sump drops behind the K member there is a lip where the two pieces of metal
are welded, and part of it needs trimming, that's all , really simple. As
far as headers, I made a maxwedge clone and choked up the funds for the
maxie manifolds and really glad I did, because TTI makes a killer maxwedge
replacement exhaust system. I know it's a little pricey, but I am very
pleased, it looks clean and performs well. Oh yeah, consider upgrading the
rear diff to a '65 style case---stronger and a little easier to work on.

what am I going to run into??  Headers? Motor mounts? Transmission?
Suspension?  With all respect, you older gentlemen know more about this
stuff
