the 62-65 seal is different. check to make sure that the seal is secure in
the tranny. the seal is like a grommet and has a groove around it's
circumference that secures it to the housing. there is supposed to be a
thick washer
between the kickdown lever and seal, this helps secure the seal. the seal
may have
been damaged when the valve body was installed. also, overfilling the
tranny
will magnify a leak.
