If it was me, I would return the bearings for ones that had the proper holes or file a notch to match up with the hole. That's my $0.02 anyhow. As some of you may have read, some of the rod bearings I have do not have the hole cutout for the oil squirter. Clevite's engineers say that they (the holes) are not needed. Since their bearings no longer have the holes in them, it will be cutting off the oil flow/squirt from into the underside of the opposing piston. Just wondering what YOUR thoughts are on this. I figure the squirter holes in the rods are there for a reason - but obviously Clevite doesn't think so. Thanks, Andy --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? New and Improved Yahoo!
