joey sounds like the cam is 360 degrees(crank degrees) out from the crank. it 
will run but things would be less confusing if the cam was rotated 180 
degrees to line the dots up. remember there are 720 degrees to a cycle. crank 
rotates twice for every camshaft rotation.
