I'm puttin a mopar timing set on a 440 with a mopar 509 cam. If I set the
"dot" on the crank sprocket at 12 o'clock and the cam sprocket at 9 o'clock,
the #1 piston is about 1/2" down from TDC. I'm putting the crank pully
straight up with no advance. Is this normal? I'm assuming the keyways have nothing
to do with cam/crank timing. Any help gladly accepted. Thanks once
again....Joe
