Floor Pan Advice

Hi All,

After finally pulling the rotted carpet and removing excess rust, the front floor pans
on my 64 Fury are a little worse than I thought; I found a few little holes that were
hiding under that rust. So i need some advice, should I just have a body shop spot
weld the areas that are bad? (I'm not a big fan of fiberglass) or should I replace the
floor pans altogether? In either case the thin cover of the wire routing channel that
runs along each door sill is also not in great shape does anybody know if that cover
can still be purchased anywhere? If not, it seems like it's probably easy to fabricate.
Any experiences, advice, thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Andrei
