Dual Master Cylinder

Guys,

 On my 1965 Belvedere time has come to upgrade from the single master cylinder to a dual Master cylinder, Raybestos UN 36221, but where can I get the dual line distribution block with the safety valve & switch?  Anyone have an extra they would like to part with?
