Re: Galen Govier books

Most of the negative things I've herd about him are from people who bought a car that it wasn't and galen had to be the guy who had to break the bad news and give them a bill. You have to admit the books and general info he shares in his monthly column are very informative and have made us all better buyers and mopar historians. he is keeping the hobbie pure and notifying the public about possable frauds and has even helped catch a few crooks from what i have herd. I've never met the guy but share his mopar passion and hope he keeps up the good work. I personally am not a numbers guy and love mopars of all shapes and sorts and frankensteinesque configurations.

I talked to a guy a couple weeks ago that met him at a show and he
(Govier) congratulated this fellow on an excellent cloning of a 340
Duster from a 6 banger car, it is a nice car tho' I'm not a Duster man.
he cant be all evil, i'm pure evil.
