No it is not. That is strickly up to the person. If I need info and am to busy or lazy to look it up I expect to pay for it. I will give info out if I know the answer if I want. If not I won't. I sometimes charge for sending info that I had to go out and dig thu my books. Some times not. Just Depends on how I feel. And the additude of the people asking.
