Adapting Seat back latches for 1962 buckets

Has anybody installed latches on the back of the 
62 bucket seats.
I am installing shoulder bolts in my car and I want to adapt a simple hook and loop latch on the back of the two front seats for safety with the lapbelts
My seats are disassembled the frames have a Good strong spot to weld or screw something in.
Would even consider a non-Mopar parts, thinking like an early mustang
