Great find Ricky, I find it really interresting to try and dig up information on the history of our cars. You're lucky yours still has the pot metal dealership emblem on it. My mission is to find one for Abrahamson Motors to fill those 3 holes on the back of my Chrysler. My 68 Dart GTS had the original owneres manual in the glove box (did anybody really ever keep gloves in those lol) Anyway it not only listed the original owners name but the delivery date and the name of the dealership in Sacramento. Seems to be another out of bussiness dealership from what I could find out. ---- "Hall wrote: > At the all Mopar show last year, one of the fellow '62 owners asked if I had ever looked into the history of the pot metal dealership emblem on the tailgate of the Dart. It was one of the largest garages in the world at one time. Quite the story on the man behind the name, Albert Marksheffel. > > http://www.newfalconherald.com/DisplayPrintArticle.php?ArticleID=6967 -- -- -- Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
