	I guess it is a preference on a street car. With the amount of miles that most of us drive, it really isn't that big of an issue is it? Now let's say you need to buy a new distributor, then I would say hell yeah, always upgrade in that case is what my Dad always said and did.

Ive been running the same pair of napa echlin points in my dist since 2001.  And adjusted them three times since I installed them.  Good to 6500 with no issues.  When my 66 goes together, I have a dual point that'll go in that as well.
