As you said, too many good sellers available for me to do business
with jerks. Again, good ol' American capitalism at work - good
businesses thrive and bad ones disappear.
For me, it's not always about the lowest price. I value good
customer service, pleasant 'phone manners, etc. A bad experience on
the phone has caused me to write off more than one business.
We've wandered way off topic here, all in the spirit of our common
interests. Hope nobody's offended.

prices, the prices will come down or they will go out of
