really sounds like either the accelerator pump or timing is not correct,
very possibly the vacume advance,,,,,,,,,, fuel system is working if it
will run at WOT,it is not a problem with gas flow to carb or inlet check
to see what full advance is on timing,,,,,,(2000rpm), sure sounds like timing is
to far advanced for engine ,,,probably a stupid question, but have to
ask,,,,,,did you have vacuum disconnected while setting the timing?
