usual problems related to bog, is accelerator pump, which I have
overruled due to it will go from stop, so am thinking timing is an issue, try
backing off or advancing timing and see if it does different,,,,check to see
where you have vacuum hose plugged in (above or below plates)

Carb is brand new and I have checked all
inside specs and parts which are all stock sizes Floats are just a touch
above spec. Pump pressure at 4-5lbs , New filters and tank.Lots of
Fuel Everything is new and clean Its a race car off the line and ,Yes
it does clear and Runs hard It just dies on itself getting past the 30-40
Mph Mark
