Last I looked there were no new 1965 reproduction speedometer gears made. You will need to find used.
http://www.drivinithome.com/mopar-speedo-gear-chart/ helps figure out what gear is needed but 16,17,18,19,20,21 tooth are the only gears made for 62-65s back then I think.
I don't know if any ratio adapters are available for 62-65 style cables.
