Not a bad try but, no, that's not it. The acelerator pumps do their jobs everywhere else. It seems to be load related (intense accelration) and when I was able to increase the RPM about the 3000 level, I was slowly (feathering?) increasing the throttle to get it to go faster. That's not something where a shot of fuel is necessary to overcome the sudden lowering of the vacuum. I'm going for the coil, watching the fuel pressure and bringing a spare ECU.
