I thought the same thing for my car. You might want to try to match the carpet if you're putting in a stock color for the carpet even if the seats are different.  there are several sites that will tell you what stock colors came in the car.  I'm going with terquoise as the color group so I'll match the window lace to that. The other thing is, if all the other interior is a non-standard color, you may want to use black or tan or.....  good luck...

Wondering if I could tap into the collective knowledge bank to help me identify a part.  I am missing what I would call a weatherstrip on my '64 Fury hardtop.  It looks like there is one on each side, appearing to go from the top of the A pillar, run along the body seam, down to the sill plate, and along the way cover the edge of the kick panel.  (It is NOT the one on the door, starting at the top of the vent window - this one goes directly onto the unibody seam.)
