Good luck. :) Take some pictures as to how it fits together. Wilwood probably wants exact measurements to ship the correct mounting bracket in the kit. Universal kits have shims to move the caliper to center over the rotor. I'd say just call them for what they are looking for and how to do it with a tapered axle. My 2c is to also consider just using Mopar 11 inch brake / drums in back. They are plenty stout. I assume you are using discs in front.
